New Year’s Smoke
This is somewhat a continuation of my previous entry about the smoky new year. So as far as I can remember, this is the first new year when it was drizzling, at least where I lived. So anyway, the smoke was so bad that we didn’t stay that long outside; in the previous post, you could barely see our faces, but the smoke was very apparent.
Anyway, moving on to the current events in my life, I spent the whole afternoon over at Eastwood. A lot of things happened. Had semi-late lunch with Janine at Teki Boy. Yum! Check out the pictures!:
(I miss Teriyaki Boy’s Gyu-Saikoro Don. I wonder what happened to it. It’s been out of the menu for months now. *sigh*)
(Salmon sashimi is just plain love. Need I say more?)
(Janine ordered this; I still prefer Temaki’s.)
Anyway, another highlight was that I got a perfect score while singing Spandau Ballet.
So, more stories tomorrow. I seriously need to readjust my body clock now. Only one more day before classes resume! *gasp*
